A 2007 DHS Projects sectional title development comprised 2 and 3 bedroom ultra-modern townhouses built by Accolade Construction.
Brookfield (Benoni)
Launched in November 2006, Brookfield consists of 128 contemporary townhouses. The complex has a clubhouse, pool, 24 hour guarded access and sold out within a month of the launch. Developed by DHS projects and built by Accolade Construction.
Cedar Creek (Benoni)
Cedar Creek was developed by DHS Projects and built by Accolade Construction.
It offers a clubhouse and pool and has secure access control, and consists of 80
contemporary townhouses. Cedar Creek sold out within 2 weeks
Cherry Creek (Benoni)
These 88 townhouses were developed by DHS and launched in January 2006. There
were various configurations to choose from and this development was sold out in
just one week. All units were built by Accolade Construction and completed in
July 2006.
Club Terrace (Linksfield)
115 Beautiful cluster homes in a modern European architecture make this project
special. Developed by the Rodrigues Group commencing in 1996, with Accolade
Construction appointed as the sole contractor in 1999 for the last third. This
is a very popular complex and units sell quickly once in the market.
Harrowgate (Bryanston)
Launched in October 2004, this very pretty complex consists of 67 English
Garden Manor Homes, nestling in Bryanston West. It was a joint venture
development and the homes were built by Accolade Construction.
Harbour Town (Vaal Dam)
Although Harbour Town still has construction activity as well as re-sales, this 221 erven development was sold out a few years back. It is on a unique and special piece of land, and a development of exceptional quality and beauty. APG was a 70% shareholder until sold out.
Le Boulevard (Benoni)
Launched in March 2003, these 120 townhouses sold out in 3 weeks. This complex was developed by DHS Projects, and was built by an external Contractor.
Plaisance (Lonehill)
Situated on probably the last prime piece of land in Lonehill, this very upmarket
Ninval Properties development commenced in 2002 and consisted of 39 luxury
clusters, custom built in a classical neo-American Colonial style on large
stands within a very secure environment. Plaisance was built by Accolade
Construction and has a waiting list of buyers such is its reputation.
Pecanwood Estate (Hartebeesport Dam)
Accolade Construction merged the business of Maccon Construction into its
business in July 2003 making it the largest (and preferred contractor) on
Pecanwood for a while. It built many very exclusive homes on the Estate until
it consolidated that team and withdrew to focus on projects elsewhere in late 2004.
San Chiara (Lonehill)
Overlooking the nature reserve and dam in Lonehill, this beautiful development
by Ninval Properties consisted of 18 luxurious homes built in distinctive
Tuscan architecture. Master built by Accolade Construction in 2001.
Santo Domingo (Benoni)
Launched in March 2004 Santo Domingo consisted of 80 contemporary townhouses
and sold out on the launch day. Again developed by DHS Projects and built by
Accolade Construction.
Savannah (Riverclub)
A modern cubist style cluster complex in the heart of Riverclub. Developed by
an external Developer (Palmleaf Investments), the last 5 units were built by
Accolade Construction in 2001.
Tallyns Reach (Midrand)
This master designed and laid out, large 80 stand cluster scheme was developed by Ninval Properties, who just recently sold the last stands. Various contractors have built and still build homes on the estate.
Tamarisk (Beverley)
This complex is situated in Beverley, Lonehill, and consists of 59 homes,
offering a modern style of architecture on a gentle northern slope of land.
Ninval Properties developed the very successful Tamarisk, and it was expertly
built by Accolade Construction.
Stanton Creek (Benoni)
These 80 townhouses were developed
and built by Accolade Construction in 2008, on land originally owned by DHS Projects.
The Brand Building (Paulshof)
The Brand Building is an ultra-modern A grade office block that was developed
and built by Accolade Construction for its client in a prime position just off
Main Road, Sandton.

Also situated within the huge Club Terrace development in Linksfield, these 10 very exclusive Villas are not even placed in the market for sale such is the demand. Developed by the Rodrigues Group and proudly built by Accolade Construction.
